1.1. To use the Platform, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
1.2. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account on the Platform. If you are under 16, you may use the Platform only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3.1. Fluenser connects influencers and brands for influencer marketing campaigns. As an influencer, you acknowledge and agree that Fluenser acts as a platform facilitating these connections and is not responsible for the content, products, or services promoted by brands or other influencers.
3.2. As a brand, you acknowledge and agree that Fluenser acts as a platform facilitating connections with influencers and is not responsible for the quality, authenticity, or accuracy of influencer profiles or their content.
3.3. Brands and influencers are responsible for negotiating and agreeing upon the terms, scope, and compensation for influencer marketing campaigns. Fluenser is not a party to such agreements and does not guarantee the performance or fulfillment of any obligations by brands or influencers.
4.1. The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, are the property of Fluenser and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from Fluenser.
4.2. By using the Platform, you grant Fluenser a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content you provide on or through the Platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
5.1. Fluenser may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account and any content associated with it may be deleted.
6.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Fluenser does not guarantee that.
